Deposits and payment

Payment schedules are stated in your written quote and confirmation.

Changes

Requests to change a confirmed booking are handled by your consultant; supplier change fees may apply.

Travel documents

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visas and any health documentation required for your trip.

Liability
