Cancellation conditions depend on the airlines, hotels, parks and other suppliers involved in your trip and are stated in your written quote.

General principle

Cancellation charges are normally based on how close to departure you cancel and on the supplier’s own rules. Gorilla and chimpanzee permits are typically non-refundable once issued.

How to cancel

Contact your consultant in writing (email or WhatsApp). The date we receive your message is the cancellation date.
